Tips Man City Hull City

Preview: Man City will look to continue their superb form in the Premier League with a comfortable win over Hull City at the KC Stadium. The Citizens will look to build upon their 2-1 victory at home to Huddersfield Town, after Sergio Aguero netted twice in the space of five minutes. Man City have kept eight clean sheets this season but they have only kept two in their last six league games. Hull have only kept one clean sheet this season, with a 0-0 at home against Sunderland. Both clubs lack defensive pedigree but the hosts have been far more solid and should continue that trend. A clean sheet should be on offer for these teams, so a 0-1 draw at 7/4 for the draw with the best price on City to win at 3/1 looks more attractive. This match will be a good test for Watford and they will be focused on their league position. They keep only one clean sheet this season and a loss to Hull will see them drop out of the automatic promotion spots. Don’t back Watford to pick up three points. Bournemouth are fresh from their 2-2 draw against Villa where they scored twice from just three shots on target. Bournemouth have not kept a clean sheet at home in any of their last seven league matches, so a first-half clean sheet is certainly on offer. Tottenham have also kept only one clean sheet this season and they have lost each of their last four league games. They have only managed one league win in their last ten league games and they are struggling to keep a clean sheet at home, so they lack the defensive firepower to stop a good Hull team scoring. Having sacked Roberto Martinez’s successor Paul Lambert, the Toffees boss has to take some time to read the situation and choose what’s best for the team. West Brom are guilty of the same mix-up that saw them drop two points to City last month and they’ll be keen to avoid repeating the same outcome. It is six months since the last time Pep Guardiola and the club ended a season with a trophy. Does he need to change things, make a tweak or has he assembled a team capable of winning a first major piece of silverware since his appointment? If you ask me, he has probably done all he needed. Manchester City finished as runners-up in the League Cup two years ago and once more on Sunday, but this looks like a squad to unseat the Premier League champions, and that will take time. The players around the young, raw talent of Raheem Sterling, Leroy Sane and Bernardo Silva mean you will need some patience before you can predict where City will finish. First, though, these are an exciting team to watch with a young squad to develop. So are West Brom in the Championship, who won their first six games with Nick Pope in goal and boss Darren Moore in charge. Four of the Baggies' wins last season were over Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal. They also beat Watford, Stoke and Liverpool at home. It's clear West Brom are close to reaching European football for the first time since 2003, but it took the Baggies a season to build momentum after Moore replaced Alan Irvine as boss in May 2018. The exciting thing is you can win the Championship with West Brom. Moore will rely on the experienced players in the side to make it happen, with the likes of Robert Snodgrass, Jonathan Leko and Salomon Rondon on their books. The Baggies' targets this summer were to add a left-back who can handle the big games and an out-and-out striker, but they still managed to secure two of the country's leading scorers. West Brom will be looking to Mohamed Salah to lead their attack, while they are also another club hoping for an improvement from Brazilian wing-back Danilo. They also need to do better than the three goals they conceded more than any team last season. For the first time in months, the “OMG” verdict is delivering with both Oxford United and Charlton Athletic AFC going into this weekend's games on the Lancashire Telegraph OMG football betting preview. Arsenal vs Chelsea will be the game to watch in London, but it won’t be the only thing worth watching for two other matches are on the agenda. The Gunners will be in the search of a number of players in the Premier League, where their squad for the coming season is currently being filled out, and the West Ham vs Fulham match will be the only game of the weekend to enjoy a full 90-minutes. Chelsea will welcome back their forward line and their full squad. Their squad seem to have a few problems getting back into shape but they are only two games into the season. Chelsea will be looking to secure the top spot in the table as Arsenal has been surging in the rankings. Chelsea has not conceded a goal in any of its last three matches and it will be looking to build on those strong performances. SBNation's best value betting tips for United v Everton include a creditable score of 6-1 in the double at 14/1, 9-4 for the home side at 9/2 and 7-4 for the under 2.5 goals at 7/2. The cheapest tickets on offer are £10, but you can get an all-in bet of £10 for £95 at Sky Bet.  Eden Hazard, Manchester United's most pressing player against Everton, is available at 9/2 for the win, but how much value is there in his price? Three goals and an assist in his past four games saw Moody's star claim a place on the squad for the World Cup, with former team-mates Courtois, Sturridge and Hazard also in the mix.  Antonio Valencia has been criticized for recent performances, but he was back on track against Everton and, even if he's not chosen, he could still win this match with something to prove.  Wayne Rooney, who was never given another chance under Solskjaer, has just one goal in the past four matches. He's the man to watch. Man United fans were virtually rocked to sleep in the fifth minute when Juan Mata scored. The play started with a Christian Pulisic through ball that Marouane Fellaini flicked on and Martial finished.
